Even with the uncertainty of war, I very much look forward to spending my 45th birthday (June 22) on the air with you this weekend. As I write every year, whenever a holiday, anniversary, or birthday comes up, it gives us time to pause and reflect on what we’ve accomplished in life while remembering those who are important to us.
Birthdays also remind us how fast the hands of time spin. It seems like it was just yesterday when I hosted the very first broadcast of TPC. But it wasn’t yesterday. More than two decades have passed since that fateful night. And they have passed quickly.
I want you to know that on my birthday, and every day, how grateful I am for our friends and supporters. We have built a very special legacy together. It is an incredible honor to be able to share special occasions with the finest people I’ve ever known. It’s a gift that I don’t take for granted and I cannot overstate what a privilege it is to collaborate with you.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank each of you for joining me on this journey. You have truly helped make my life wonderful, and I hope that we can continue this endeavor together until the victory is complete.
